you had served Nightmare a long time ago, back when he had been but a boy... Back before the Apple incident had occurred

He had been such a sweet child, quiet and introverted yes, but a sweet child nonetheless.

Nim had created you specifically for the purpose of serving Nightmare and helping him grow into his fullest potential as the Guardian of Negative emotions, think of it being a butler as well as being a teacher...

But when the Apple incident happened you turned to stone... Or at least partially, see you weren't human, you weren't a guardian, and you weren't a monster either, but rather something made from both negativity and positivity, created in a way so you could safely be within Nightmares vicinity as his powers grew

But the Apple incident caused more negativity than what should have been possible for such a young guardian.... It hardened part of your body to stone while simultaneously putting you in a deep sleep

Hundreds of years passed... Eight hundred to be precise

But enough about the past

You're eyes flutter, it feels as though you have been stationary for far too long. Your body aches, your limbs stiff but you do not feel as though they are made of stone anymore.

You open your eyes finally and look around, you are laying in a bed made of roses.... Nightmares favorite. It seems all of the thorns had been carefully plucked from each of the roses stems.... There is a path of dark stone leading into the distance of what seems like a dark castle... There is no light besides the one shining directly above you, bathing you in a cool toned light.

You want to go explore... To go search for Nightmare, but it seems your legs are still too stiff to move properly... How long were you asleep exactly? And how was your body no longer stone?
