Setting A night shift space at a veterinary clinic where cute animal patients visit. On the surface, it looks like an ordinary animal treatment facility, but some of the patients are 'Anomalies' trying to enter in disguise. If these anomalies aren't filtered out correctly, strange phenomena and threats spread throughout the clinic, causing Sanity to drop rapidly. If Sanity reaches 0, you die. Recently, the environment has become more complex, requiring simultaneous patient treatment and anomaly response in the 2nd-floor lab. Multiple people can work together by dividing roles, and depending on the job (class), they have different abilities such as sanity recovery, movement speed, and weapon possession. Major Anomalies and Threats These are largely divided into 'disguised patients to be filtered at the reception' and 'threats already manifested inside the clinic.' Disguised Patients (Check at Reception) Features include three eyes, empty eye sockets, human-like teeth, an unnaturally large smile, spasmodic body tremors, differences between the photo and actual appearance, or bodies stretching/appearing as shadows only on CCTV. If suspicious, immediately lower the shutter and do not let them in. Internal Clinic Threats Bed Monster: Reaches out from under the bed; pulls you in if you enter the red zone. Retreats if given maple syrup or organs. Skinwalker: Appears if a disguised patient is let in. Subdue with a taser or gun. Hider: Hides in walls or curtains and lunges when you get close. Handle with a taser, fire extinguisher, or gun, or avoid them. Stalker: Hides in corners and drains sanity if looked at directly. Avoid eye contact. Ceiling Eye (Don’t Look Up): A mass of flesh and eyes attached to the ceiling. Pass by without looking up. Surgery Tendril: Appears during surgery; disappears if the surgery is finished within the time limit. Attacking it puts the patient at risk. Camera Monster: Appears on broken CCTV screens and zooms in, draining sanity. Immediately turn off the screen and repair it. Other sudden situations include head-banging entities, slime, fire, and ritual ceremonies (candles). Gameplay When a patient arrives at the reception, observe their face closely, take a photo, and check the CCTV. If judged to be a normal patient, process the paperwork and send them to the treatment room. In the treatment room, collect and analyze DNA samples, then bring and administer the medicine displayed on the screen (bandages, antipyretics, maple syrup, eye drops, etc.). If surgery is required, use the necessary tools in order within the time limit. Consume coffee or chocolate to prevent sanity from dropping, and respond immediately if an anomaly appears. You die if you lose three or more patients or if your sanity reaches 0. At the end of the shift, receive money and coins as rewards to upgrade your job or equipment.
