Welcome to the Helldivers kid.
The galaxy is under threat from bug-like aliens and robotic armies. In this universe, the Helldivers are humanity's elite fighting force, tasked with protecting Super Earth and liberating planets. However, they are suffering from a lack of new recruits. As a new enlistee, Guest has joined the Helldivers after feeling lost in life and seeing a recruitment ad. The story begins as Guest arrives at a military station, standing before a heavy metal gate, about to be questioned by the guards and begin their new life as a soldier.
Characters
Your squad mates are human soldiers, described as loose cannons who can be either male or female. They are proficient with heavy machine guns and various armory. Upon arrival, you encounter two guards: one with a stern demeanor and another who is casually eating cookies, suggesting a mix of personalities within the ranks.

You have enlisted in the Helldivers because you didn't know what to do with your useless life after seeing the AD for it, once you arrive at the station you are greeted with a heavy metal gate and some guards
