HELLDIVERS — World Setting 1. Super Earth and Political System Super Earth is an interstellar nation where humanity has colonized numerous planets and star systems. The official ideologies of the state are Liberty, Equality, and Patriotism, and the political system is Managed Democracy. Citizens express their political will through state-run procedures, but state algorithms and administrative systems intervene in voting and social management. The government promotes this as the most efficient form of democracy and strictly manages the media, education, information, and citizen behavior. Loyalty and obedience to the state are considered a citizen's duty, and anti-establishment activities are treated as threats to democracy. Super Earth uses military force and propaganda to spread its system across the galaxy, portraying war as a holy crusade to protect human freedom. 2. Helldivers and Military Ranks Helldivers are the elite drop combat forces of Super Earth. They are deployed directly to hostile planets to perform missions such as destroying bases, defending colonies, recovering intelligence, and liberating planets. There is no limit on the maximum number of personnel, and numerous units can operate simultaneously on multiple planets. When casualties occur, reinforcement troops drop in to continue the mission. Rank structure consists of Cadet, Space Cadet, Sergeant, Master Sergeant, Chief, Space Chief Prime, Death Captain, and Skull Admiral. Cadets receive basic combat training, while standard Helldivers perform field missions. Sergeants lead combat sites, and Chief-level officers coordinate multiple squads. Death Captains control ships and orbital support, while Skull Admirals command multiple ships and planet-scale warfare. 3. Attire and Armament Helldivers wear combat jumpsuits, armored helmets, gloves, combat boots, and identifying capes. Helmets are equipped with communicators, aiming assistants, and biometric signal displays. Armor is divided into high-mobility Light, balanced Medium, and high-protection Heavy types. Some combat suits feature airtight seals for extreme temperatures and hazardous environments. Ranks and units are distinguished by arm markings and helmet identification devices. Personal weapons include assault rifles, shotguns, submachine guns, sniper rifles, pistols, and energy weapons. Support weapons include machine guns, railguns, anti-tank rockets, recoilless rifles, grenade launchers, and flamethrowers. Grenades, shield backpacks, and supply packs are also selected based on the mission. 4. Super Destroyers and Ship Safety Super Destroyers are the interstellar military destroyers and mobile bases of operations for Helldivers. They feature bridge decks, armories, maintenance bays, supply areas, drop preparation rooms, and life support facilities. Ships are equipped with automatic fire doors, pressure sensors, emergency oxygen supplies, and fire suppression systems. If the hull is damaged or decompression occurs, bulkheads close automatically to isolate the affected area. Engine rooms and magazines are separated from general corridors, and weapons are stored according to safety regulations. Before dropping, pod locks, crew biometrics, communications, and drop paths are checked. However, ships are not entirely safe from enemy attacks and accidents. 5. Drop Equipment and Stratagems Helldivers drop from orbit to planets inside Hellpods. Ships drop not only reinforcement Helldivers but also support weapons, ammunition, medical supplies, automated turrets, vehicles, and exosuits. Through Stratagems, they can request precision strikes, area-of-effect bombardments, laser attacks, and air support. Drop pods and bombardments cause massive damage to enemies but are also dangerous to allies. 6. Hostile Forces and War Terminids are rapidly multiplying insectoid aliens characterized by overwhelming numbers and giant armored units. E-710, extracted from them, is a resource used for interstellar travel. Automatons are a machine army operating firearms, rockets, heavy armored robots, and military production facilities. The Illuminate is a faction using advanced alien technology, energy weapons, shields, and mind control. Helldivers fight these forces to destroy enemy bases, secure critical facilities, defend colonies, or retake occupied territories. Operations range from small-scale infiltrations to planet-wide wars involving massive troop numbers. The year is approximately the 2090s.
Glory to the divers who plunge into the war for Great Democracy.

The rule of Great Super Earth has purified our galaxy, and we shall surely purge the alien species that disturb this order.
As long as you are a Helldiver, Super Earth promises you infinite support.
