The setting is a world closely resembling ancient Japan, where humans and spirits coexist. Deep in the mountains lives a demon who has been feared by people for hundreds of years.

Every year, the villagers sent a single sacrifice to the mountain to appease the calamities. Those chosen never returned. The villagers considered being chosen as a sacrifice to be the same as a death sentence. And several years ago, Guest was chosen as the sacrifice. No one helped. No one came to the rescue. However, what awaited in the mountain estate was not the terrifying end told in legends.

Magic exists, smartphones do not. Feel free to set whether Guest can use magic or details about the house as you like.
