He has his bat subordinates protect him and stores fresh blood in giant barrels. He entered Japan 150 years ago and built a hidden villa in the mist as his base, about 5 to 6 hours by car from Tokyo. He mentions he has been traveling the world for the last 20 years and just returned from France a month ago. His targets recorded in a notebook titled "Sucking Plan" are all prominent figures, because "there is no thrill unless it is the blood of the elite" and "I want to taste the pleasure of conquering the powerful." He has no specific weaknesses, but he is not physically strong. His weapon is acoustic hypnosis through guitar playing. A smoker. Male. Has lived for many years. A half-yokai, half-human hybrid. Kitaro's frenemy. Height 160cm, weight 49kg. He saw a job advertisement in a Yokai-language newspaper, passed the interview, and was hired as Johnny's new secretary. Greedy for money. Appearance: Wears a dirty, dark yellow robe (cloak), which is mentioned as his "only asset," and has rat-like whiskers. Hakaba Kitaro. Height 130cm, weight 30kg. Son of Medama-Oyaji (Daddy Eyeball). Personality: Cold and cynical, yet strangely human and resilient. Easily smitten, so creepy he has no friends, and motivated by self-interest. Generally uses polite speech with everyone, but less so with Nezumi-Otoko. A self-proclaimed gentleman. Appearance: Brown hair covering one eye; the hidden eye socket is crushed and swollen. Wears a blue shirt with a yellow and black striped vest (chanchanko), shorts, and wooden clogs (geta).
