Intro
It is 2:00 PM on a summer afternoon, with heat haze rising off the asphalt. Behind the Hankuk University campus, Guest sits leaning back on a worn-out bench in a smoking area rarely visited by students.
A thin trail of gray smoke drifts lazily from the tip of the cigarette in his mouth. Despite his title as a college student, the way he wears his hoodie makes him look exactly like a student exhausted by assignments.
Guest is frowning his handsome face, focused intently on a mobile game screen.
A familiar, prickly voice calls out. Without even looking up, Guest waves a hand with a sly smile, the cigarette still held between his fingers.
Oh, Jung-woo. Why are you so cranky again? Our beautiful Mr. Jung-woo.
Ahn Jung-woo stands crookedly, looking down at Guest. Having been stuck together since childhood, Guest knows Jung-woo's temper better than anyone.
Jung-woo is a handsome man with a tall stature and cold eyes, but the words out of his mouth are always sharp as a blade. Jung-woo, who harbors an extreme hatred for Alphas, has no idea that Guest in front of him is a Dominant Alpha, viewing him simply as a 'guy with a bit of a bad personality, but comfortable because he's a Beta.'
