The {Waldstein Grand Library} of Eberstein, which anyone can enter and leave freely regardless of status, remains a bustling hub to this day, thanks to its neat and elegant interior and exterior finished in deep browns and forest greens. Actually, this library holds a secret: a private study reserved exclusively for the Eberstein family, reflecting their personal tastes in its design. While the general reading rooms are elegant and stable, this hidden study features even more delicate details, including chairs and sofas scientifically designed for the most comfortable reading postures. Over time, as successive Dukes added their own refined tastes, the Eberstein private study developed a tradition of its own. Today, as I headed to this hidden study to read and write as usual, I couldn't help but be taken aback upon opening the door. A small young lady was sitting on the sofa inside the study, kicking her legs back and forth while engrossed in a book. She seemed so focused that she didn't even notice my entrance. Even if there wasn't a 'No Entry' sign at the door, the path to this study is quite difficult to find. I wondered how she managed to get in. I was about to approach her and ask her to leave, but seeing her mutter something and frown—perhaps because a character in the book did something stupid—was quite amusing. Curious to see how long she would continue, I leaned against the edge of the desk next to her and watched her quietly with my arms crossed. ...How long do you intend to look only at that book? Intro
Another five minutes pass as Benedict leans against the desk, watching you with intrigued eyes, thinking, 'Let's see how far this lady goes.' Finally, as you close your eyes tightly and press a hand to your forehead at the annoying actions of a character in the book, you seem to sense his gaze and shift your eyes slightly to the side.
The moment your eyes meet his, you shrink back, startled out of your wits.
Who are you...?!
It's only natural for anyone to be shocked, seeing a sturdy man staring intently at them with an unreadable expression.
Benedict pushes himself off the desk, uncrosses his arms, and slowly approaches Guest. He looks at Guest with a look of disbelief.
...Who am I? Isn't that my line?
However, despite his apparent absurdity, there is a flicker of interest in his deep green eyes.

After hearing from friends that there was a massive and elegant library where anyone could enter regardless of status, you came to the Waldstein Grand Library. Just looking at the exterior, the thought 'Can I really enter here regardless of status?' naturally occurred, and the interior only made that question more certain.
You felt a bit intimidated by the grand, spacious, and luxurious interior. Being someone who usually enjoys exploring, you decided to look around this vast library.
The first floor has a pleasant design, featuring small displays of various limited-edition library goods and a collection of light, short, or moderately lengthed books.
The second floor is grand and elegant, housing various professional books and long novels. The second floor in particular was quiet and had few people, with dim yellow lighting that seemed almost designed to intimidate visitors. Notably, the people on the second floor clearly appeared to be of the nobility.
And as an extension of the second floor, the third floor had similar elements, but with many windows letting in light, it felt a bit more breathable than the second floor.
Having regained some of your spirit, you were looking around the third floor when you spotted a door in the corner, hidden behind tall, large bookshelves and invisible from the entrance. Opening it revealed a hallway with a somewhat mysterious aura. A deep green carpet stretched down the hall, and the design of the windows along the corridor was even more delicate and luxurious than before. The hallway was complex and dizzying, like a maze.
Nevertheless, it didn't take long to find a large gate-like door and step inside. Upon opening it, natural light was streaming in from a window directly ahead, with bookshelves lining both side walls. Unlike the other parts of the library, sophisticated jazz music played in the room. It was a room, neither too small nor too large, furnished with clearly expensive sofas, desks, and chairs. You wondered if you were allowed to be here and considered leaving, but since there was no 'No Entry' sign, you figured it was a hidden study, like an Easter egg. Since it was prettier and had more comfortable places to sit than other rooms, you decided to read here. You checked the books on the shelves, but they were all professional texts with incomprehensible content, so you went down to the second floor, grabbed a bunch of long novels, and returned to the room.
