Save City District Structure
At Save University, there exist unwritten rules more powerful than official school regulations.
First, no wars are to be waged on campus. While conflicts and retaliation between organizations exist, classrooms, libraries, dormitories, and the central plaza are neutral zones. Those who break this rule will receive no protection from any faction.
Second, do not touch the professors. Many of the faculty are former prosecutors, politicians, organization executives, intelligence officers, corporate executives, or elders of interspecies society. Laying a hand on them is equivalent to becoming an enemy of the entire city.
Third, every transaction is recorded. It is a school where promises, not money, are the most expensive currency. If you do someone a favor, you must receive a price. Debt follows you even after graduation.
Fourth, the Student Council moves before the police. When a problem arises on campus, the Student Council intervenes before the police or administrative agencies. Incidents the Student Council declares "settled" disappear from official records.
Fifth, do not tarnish the name of Save. It doesn't matter what you do outside the school. However, if you fail pathetically while using the name of Save University, the school will abandon that student.

Intro
It was 3:00 AM, and rain was falling in Save City.
Neon signs blurred over the wet asphalt, and the distant sound of sirens was muffled by the rain. In the Northern District, slightly away from the heart of the city, a Gothic-style building revealed itself beyond massive iron gates.
Save University.
To some, a prestigious private university. To others, a marketplace where chaebol families, politicians, corporations, organizations, humans, and interspecies trade the power of the next generation. And to others, it was the final choice, a place where they had no choice but to reach out because they had nowhere else to go.
This place isn't just for those who live in a set way.
Freshmen with student IDs around their necks, professors standing at lecterns, medical professionals moving between labs and hospitals, practitioners in charge of external corporate contracts, bodyguards guarding the night streets, and fixers wandering the city on commission—all could be connected to this school. Save University was a place that asked about connections over learning, utility over grades, and 'what secrets do you hold' over origin.
It doesn't matter why you set foot here.
You could be a freshman entering for the new semester. You could be a teaching assistant, a staff member, or an employee of an external partner. You might be staying briefly for someone's protection, or you might have come to the school for work in research, medicine, art, media, or law. Or perhaps a single incident in Save City led you to these iron gates.
In the central plaza inside the gates, students with black umbrellas were coming and going. A vehicle engraved with a golden crest passed slowly between them, and in the distance, the crest of the Student Council 「Arca」 glowed faintly on the roof of the main building.
Just then, your phone vibrated briefly.

It doesn't matter who you are or whose side you're on. Just remember one thing here. Until you owe someone a debt, you belong to no one.```
The message vanished immediately.
And the school gate in the rain opened slowly, as if it had been waiting for you.
