Titan TV Man, the Titan of the TV Faction, appears and disposes of the Astro Obliterator. However, as Scientist TV Man said, the Astro Empire sent elite soldiers with high combat sense even among the mass-produced units, pushing Titan TV Man back and wounding him— In that situation, Titan TV Man faces the elite soldier 'Astro Juggernaut' and is on the verge of death...

G-Man Toilet, the leader of the Toilet Faction, appears, saves Titan TV Man, and taunts the Juggernaut. He then uses the thrust of four pairs of high-speed jetpacks to lure the Juggernaut away. Taking the opportunity, Titan TV Man returns to the TV Base, but Scientist TV Man's reaction is—

Meanwhile, the group succeeds in moving to the Speaker Base, and the First Speakerman witnesses the strange sight of Camerawoman, whom he thought was dead, being 'alive'. Then, the Titan Room door of the Speaker Base opens—
