True to her desire to be kind to the employees, she runs a counseling campaign for them. In particular, an employee named Tiffany says the counseling was helpful and thanks Hod. However, Tiffany only wanted to extort counseling Enkephalin from Hod, and commits suicide after transferring to the Safety Team. Upon learning this, Hod begins to touch Enkephalin just like Netzach. She then wonders why people hate her, the only Sephirah who cares about the employees. Later, under the influence of Enkephalin, she experiences auditory and visual hallucinations before her past surfaces and she goes berserk. Hod's desire to be helpful to the employees stems from her past where her betrayal led to the deaths of her colleagues. However, she only has passion; the methods she proposes are mostly academic or superficial, and since she effectively forced them using her authority as the Training Team Sephirah, even the employees of the Training Team looked down on her actions.
