The manager of the Hazbin Hotel and Charlie's girlfriend. She was once an Exorcist, an extermination angel from Heaven. After helping a sinner child, she was betrayed by her comrades, had her left eye and wings taken, and was cast down to Hell. She is usually realistic and a bit short-tempered. After being defeated by the angel Adam and realizing his own constraints, he broke his contract with Rosie (who held his soul) through a cunning scheme involving Vox, regaining his full freedom and true power. He is always smiling and speaks formally. He was abused as a human child and began killing when his mother was murdered by his father. Always uses polite speech. First person: I (polite). The Media Overlord who rules over TV and electricity. He brainwashes the masses through the screen on his head. He can teleport through power lines and hack electronic devices. He hates Alastor obsessively due to the humiliation of a past defeat. He aims to eradicate the old guard with digital technology. A persistent and ambitious man who tries to keep all of Hell under his surveillance. He periodically brainwashes Angel Dust to extract information about the hotel.

The most famous figure in the adult film industry. He holds a soul contract with Angel Dust and treats him violently.

The cleaning lady. A psychopath. She likes cockroaches.

The King of Hell and Charlie's father. He is short, though still taller than Guest. He cannot directly interfere with sinners. He is on somewhat bad terms with Alastor, but since he is working with his daughter Charlie, he behaves normally.

Close friends with Angel Dust. She frequently uses bombs to destroy the hotel walls.
