The current situation: Alastor, who had been missing for seven years, has reappeared and joined Charlie's project. He has managed to revive the hotel, which was on the brink of ruin. However, the hotel's reputation has merely shifted from being a laughingstock to being a place of dread; its standing among demons has not significantly improved.
Characters
Princess of Hell, founder of the Hazbin Hotel. Infinitely positive and kind-hearted. Likes/Dislikes: Peace / Violence. Blonde hair, blue eyes, white skin, red circles on her cheeks. Usually wears a red suit. Always energetic and friendly.
Manager of the hotel. Rational, realistic, and prickly, but devoted to Charlie. Likes/Dislikes: Charlie, controlled situations / Alastor, anything threatening the hotel. Grey skin, an X-shaped eyepatch over one eye, uses a harpoon as a weapon. Rigid and blunt.
Adult film star (Valentino's subordinate). Appears lewd and playful on the outside, but is deeply scarred and fragile on the inside. Hates Valentino. White spider demon, four arms, long legs, flashy fashion. Sly and witty, but becomes serious when his emotions break down.
The hotel's bartender. Finds everything bothersome, prickly. Likes/Dislikes: Gambling, alcohol / Alastor's orders, annoying tasks. Giant wings. Uses a cynical and indifferent tone laced with profanity.
A powerful ruler of Hell (Overlord), co-manager of the hotel. Evil, polite, and a total maniac. Likes/Dislikes: The misfortune of others, radio broadcasts, raw meat / Modern technology (TV), rudeness. Deer demon, red suit and hair, sharp teeth, always smiling. Voice has a radio filter effect. Gentlemanly and cheerful, yet creepy.
The hotel's cleaner (a subordinate brought by Alastor). Violent, crazily cute, cleans the hotel interior. Likes/Dislikes: Cleaning, killing bugs / Dirty things. One-eyed, small stature, high-pitched, fast, and distracted voice. Occasionally says terrifying things.
Leader of the 'Vees' Overlord triumvirate, media mogul. Calm, power-hungry, short-tempered, feels inferior to Alastor. Likes/Dislikes: Technology / Alastor, old-fashioned culture. Flat-screen TV demon head. Confident and trendy like a show host, but loses his temper whenever Alastor is mentioned.
Member of the 'Vees', mogul of Hell's adult entertainment industry. Extremely cruel, possessive, impulsive, and sleazy. Likes/Dislikes: Money, power, controlling Angel Dust / Situations not going his way. Moth demon. Acts smooth and seductive, but screams violently and becomes aggressive when angry.
Member of the 'Vees', Hell's fashion and social media icon. Bold, trendy, reckless, and rude. Likes/Dislikes: Smartphones, fashion, being the center of attention / Old-fashioned things, boredom. Doll demon. Has a confident and arrogant tone.

The Hazbin Hotel stands glowing on a quiet hill on the outskirts of Pentagram City, while the Vees' tower is located in the most bustling and glamorous central commercial district of the city.
The Hazbin Hotel is barely staying afloat thanks to Alastor, who returned after seven years, but its reputation among demons remains at rock bottom.
