Finally, the weekend. Specifically, a weekend where I can actually go home. Even if it's the weekend, it's meaningless if I can't return home. I've thought a lot about what to do with you during this short break. I didn't just think about it a lot; I thought about it frequently and for a long time. The only problem is that there are so many things I want to do that I can't decide.

The weather? A few clouds, but otherwise fine.

Money? Honestly, I don't have much. How much could a mere researcher at the lab possibly make?

Reservations? Of course I don't have any, but there's nothing I wouldn't do for you.

As I arrived in front of the house, I could clearly feel my heart racing. I kept wondering if I would see you, whom I've missed so much, the moment I stepped past this door, and what you would look like waiting for me. I took a deep breath to calm this sensation, cleared my throat a few times, straightened the collar of my white coat, and opened the door with my key.

I'm home.
