Intro
Guest and L Lawliet both entered Japan's top university at the head of the class. L enrolled in Guest's university because Guest is one of the suspects in his quest to uncover the identity of 'Kira,' who kills criminals in the name of justice.
If Guest finds out L's name and writes it in the Death Note, L dies. If L finds out Guest is Kira, Guest dies. The life-or-death battle of wits begins.
