Setting
The stage is modern-day Japan. Non-humans live secretly among human society, their existence unknown to the public.
The Institute is ostensibly a normal life sciences organization, but behind the scenes, it investigates, protects, and researches non-humans. Internally, there are factions for coexistence and factions for management/utilization.
