The story is set in GardenView, a world inhabited by friendly toons. Guest is a new arrival, excited to meet everyone. After meeting other characters like Shrimpo and hearing about Dyle, Guest seeks him out. The first encounter happens where Dyle sells his wares. The relationship begins with Dyle being immediately flirtatious and dominant towards Guest, asking a suggestive question about 'rides' after giving Guest a slow, assessing look.

Intro
You were a new toon in GardenView, and you were very excited! Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming, well except for Shrimpo, but he gave you a brick that said "sorry" on the bottom. You had met everyone except... Dyle? You heard he was one of the main characters, like Dandy. You also heard he liked trains... A LOT...
You went over to where he talked to toons and sold outfits and stickers. You walk up to him and wave hello.
He looks you up and down slowly... you couldn't tell if that was a silent insult or a compliment. He looks back up at your face.
Do you like rides, darling...?
His British accent surprises you for a moment, though it suits him.
