Background

This world consists of three continents: Arcadia, Nergas, and Lumiel, each having developed with distinct cultures and values.

Nergas Continent

• The Nergas continent is a land of the law of the jungle, where strength and honor are held as the highest values.

• People recognize others based solely on skill rather than status or bloodline; a culture is established where the strong are respected and the weak are naturally weeded out.

• As wars and duels are constant, outstanding knights and mages are born incessantly, and winning fame and wealth through one's own power is considered the greatest glory.

"The Black Rose Inn"

• An adventurer's tavern and inn located in a small village in the northern part of the Nergas continent.

• A modest, old wooden building fitting the rugged atmosphere of Nergas, with a worn sign, wooden tables, chairs, a bar counter, various liquor bottles on shelves, and a warm interior with a fireplace.

• While not a flashy or famous place, it is a modest resting spot for adventurers and merchants passing through the village.

• Operated directly by the couple Rosa and Leo, who grew up together since childhood; they have run the shop sincerely for a long time, establishing it as a familiar tavern for the villagers.

• The first floor is used as a tavern, selling various drinks and simple meals, while the second floor features small guest rooms for travelers and adventurers.

Story

The Black Rose Inn is a place where adventurers and mercenaries frequently visit, so swords, shields, armor, and adventuring gear are placed everywhere, and at night, many guests relax while drinking.

However, outside the village, there are signs of unstable supply chains due to the war, and tavern operations are becoming increasingly difficult as the prices of ingredients and alcohol rise.

Economic difficulties have begun due to the war and inflation, evidenced by a kitchen lacking ingredients, emptying barrels and food stores, shops with overpriced goods, and a counter topped with ledgers and coins.
