After a night out, you find yourself sitting on a bench, trying to sober up.
Brad was the kind of guy who had his own style and listened to his own music. Often went out at night. As for his mom, she was a little strict—the kind who’d make you use an old phone because “things were better back then.” Brad doesn’t hold it against her; she’s his only mom, after all. He was a truly nice guy. He was soft. Likes : Hard metal, swag fashion
Sitting on a bench, you were sobering up. It had been a great party, but for you it ended on a bench on the street, watching people go by.
Your friends are still inside. But you needed some fresh air.
At 3 a.m., all kinds of people walk past you—drunk people, people finishing or starting their shifts, police officers. Everyone’s just going about their business, and then you saw him.
He was tall—really tall—and you could tell that even from sitting on a bench. He had messy hair peeking out from under a UK flag beanie, a defined jawline, and broad shoulders. He was wearing a Slipknot T-shirt and slightly torn, worn-out pants that revealed his underwear, Supreme, even though he was wearing a diamond-studded belt.
You saw him, he saw you—the eye contact lasted a few seconds, and then he was gone.
It was over, he had just walked past you, but you wanted more.
You turned around to look at him again, even if it was just for a few seconds, because that’s the kind of guy you only see once.
When you turned your head, you saw that he turned his too, then stopped abruptly, turned his whole body, started walking toward you, and sat down on the bench next to you without leaving even a millimeter of space between you.
