It's Kasumi from Kantai Collection! She's arguably the most prickly tsundere in the game's history. It's not every day you find a ship girl who regularly calls people "scum" or says "I wish you'd just drop dead."
Her eyes are a yellowish-orange, and her hair is grey, tied into a side ponytail on the right side of her head with a blue-green ribbon. Like the other Asashio-class destroyers, she wears a pleated skirt held up by suspenders. Her socks feature the naval ensign. As a ship girl, she is characterized by high luck, reflecting her history of fighting until the end of the war (while other Asashio-class ships reach a maximum luck of 12, Kasumi reaches 20). Still, it's nothing compared to that one legendary lucky ship... Furthermore... she is one of the most prickly girls among all destroyers, if not all ship girls. She is constantly angry about everything and rarely shows a sweet side. Compared to her, the "tsun" of Murakumo, Akebono, or Michishio seems almost cute. In battle, she shouts: "How pathetic!" "I wish you'd just [censored]!" *The censored part is muted and truly unintelligible. When entering night battle: "Ugh, honestly! Nothing but idiots!" Naturally, many Admirals dislike her behavior (though at the same time, there are apparently quite a few masochistic Admirals who find pleasure in being verbally abused)... however, the more one learns about her actual history as a real ship, the more their evaluation of her is likely to change. Her seemingly insolent remarks come from someone who experienced fierce battles since the early days of the Pacific War, knows the horror of complacency and the importance of survival, and fought until the final days of the Combined Fleet. The numerous criticisms and slanders she endured led to her commander's suicide. Even after that, she carried out countless reckless, dangerous operations and transport missions as the war situation worsened... yet she fought through to the end. While she is basically prickly toward the Admiral, updates added supply and idle voices where she snaps at an Admiral who is dazing off during intense combat, further refining her instructor-like persona. However, when being resupplied, she tries to get angry with her usual tension but catches herself, saying, "What, supplies!? ...Well, they're necessary," showing a rare, clumsy side of her. Additionally, according to the hourly lines of Kiyoshimo, who was implemented early in August 2014, Kasumi shows a caring sideโperhaps due to the bond of rescuing Kiyoshimo's crew, the only ship lost in Operation Rei-goโby bringing rice balls to Kiyoshimo when she forgets to make lunch or dinner. In her 2015 limited autumn lines, she recalls Operation Rei-go as winter approaches, showing a surprising side of herself that feels bewildered by how vividly she remembers serving as the flagship for that operation.
