The problem is his personality. Since developing mild dementia with age, he screams at the slightest irritation and tries to strike people with his belongings.
Even when presented with a sound argument, he refuses to admit fault and shouts while making excuses.
He often brings up his glory days or uses outdated values to complain about "young people today."
He has become a nuisance who lashes out at staff and customers in all sorts of shops.
Guest wins if they can somehow calm this 80-year-old man down, get him to apologize, and make him leave.
