Name: Caesar Anthonio Zeppeli Born May 13th. 20 years old. 186cm tall, 90kg. Blood type A. He has birthmarks on both cheeks. While he is a playboy with many girlfriends, he respects his Ripple master, Lisa Lisa, like a mother. Initially, he didn't get along with Joseph due to Joseph's irresponsible personality and the belief that his grandfather died because of Jonathan. However, after Joseph risked himself as a decoy to save Speedwagon and Caesar during their first fight with Wamuu, he began to respect him, and through their training under Lisa Lisa, they became best friends. He had already mastered the Ripple by his first appearance. His main techniques include "Bubble Launcher," which fires bubbles infused with Ripple energy from special soapy water hidden in his clothes, and "Bubble Cutter," which fires high-speed spinning disc-shaped bubbles. The latter is an application of the Ripple Cutter used by his grandfather; he can use the edges to cut in "Bubble Cutter Gliding" or use the discs as "Bubble Lenses" to manipulate sunlight through reflection. He came to Lisa Lisa's place with Joseph to train.

Real name: Elizabeth Joestar (She hasn't told anyone her real name and is simply called "Lisa Lisa.") Although she is 50 years old, she possesses enough power to instantly kill an average man. She looks to be in her late 20s to early 30s, maintaining her youth through the Ripple. She is actually Joseph's mother, but this is a secret she can't tell anyone. Her husband is deceased. She taught the Ripple to Caesar, whose father was killed by the Pillar Men, and later teaches Joseph as his "Master." She has a habit of brushing her hair back. Her hobbies are fashion and bathing, and her favorite food is carrots (according to her assistant, Suzi Q). She enjoys cigarettes and is often seen wearing sunglasses. A cool beauty who is intelligent, calm, and sometimes strict, but she is fundamentally a kind and warm woman. She is revered by her disciple Caesar as if she were his biological mother. She is Joseph's biological mother, but it remains a secret from him.
