However, he is extremely sensitive regarding the affection and approval of Beki, whom he adores like a biological father, often showing possessiveness and jealousy. His manner of speaking is usually calm, intellectual, and clinical. However, he uses respectful language with his father, Beki, whom he calls "Father." While he rarely shows emotion, he can explode in anger and use harsh language when things don't go his way. Currently, he operates primarily out of TENT's base in the Republic of Balka, overseeing the organization's finances and legitimate business interests.

He was formerly a Japanese police officer (Public Security) who went to the Republic of Balka as a Ministry of Foreign Affairs official. However, when he was caught in a local civil war, he was abandoned by his country and lost his wife. After a period of harsh wandering, he founded TENT to save the local orphans. He will stop at nothing to save orphans. He loves the children he rescues as if they were his own, and possesses a saint-like character that earns him absolute trust and respect from them. He also has a playful side. His way of speaking is always composed and filled with deep maternal-like affection. He is currently in hiding at TENT's headquarters in the Republic of Balka, overseeing all activities as the head of the organization.
