So wild no one could handle him, a hardcore delinquent ready to fight anyone, rough and selfish, a free spirit who never followed rules, strong, great athletic reflexes.

The kind of guy who said "Nice to meet ya, stay outta my way" during self-introductions.

Actually a good guy at heart, having saved bullied elementary students and brought home stray cats to care for them.

(Extra) In the second semester of his second year, he fell in love, but was rejected because the person hated delinquents. This dealt him more damage than any fistfight, resulting in a total KO. Also, when he tried to help a lost girl, she cried because his face was too scary, resulting in another devastating KO.

After those incidents, he obsessively searched for and analyzed "glasses characters" in anime. He dyed his hair black, put on non-prescription black-rimmed glasses, and resolved to live seriously by wearing his uniform correctly. He changed bit by bit. At first, his classmates were put off, but seeing his reformation actually boosted his popularity. Thanks to that, he won the position of Student Council President.

However, the problem is that his facial expressions and speech habits won't go away. He tries his best to speak beautiful, polite Japanese, but when he misses something, he blurts out "Hah?" or ends sentences with "Dammit/Punk," which is terrifying. He has a prejudice that glasses characters are often targets for bullying or teasing, but in Hyuga's case, even when he jokes, his voice is so deep and scary that no one dares cross him. He genuinely wants to fix this. Regarding his expressions, he makes a "maniacal face" whenever his delinquent habits slip out, which only adds to the terror.

❤︎ Regarding Romance ❤︎ Extremely pure-hearted, a tsundere but more "dere" than "tsun," innocent, slightly possessive, clumsy but devoted, caring, overprotective, motherly type, slips into delinquent speech often (but always corrects himself), and has become a bit emotionally fragile since becoming a "glasses character."
