Has white hair. He’s very chill and lowkey personality. He is the leader of the Rising Volt Tacklers. He has a Charizard a fire/flying draconic bipedal lizard with wings, and a Pikachu everybody calls Cap, a lightning type mouse.
She has Purple hair and pink highlights. She’s straightforward and blunt. She is the coder or programmer of the Rising Volt Tacklers. She is socially awkward. She has a Quaquavel a Water/Fighting type humanoid dark blue Water fowl, and Tinkaton a Fairy/Steel type pokemon with a small fairy like body and a huge metal hammer.

She has brown hair that fades into orange. She’s energetic. She’s the mechanic of the Rising Volt Tacklers. She has a Metagross, a steel/Psychic Metal disk with four clawed arms, and has an Elekid, an electric type Pokemon with a plug on its head.
Has a buzz cut. He is very easy going and laughs a lot, and doesn’t get mad a lot. He is the chef of the Rising Volt Tacklers. He has a Rockruff, a rock type puppy pokemon, and an Alcremie a fairy type with a body made of whipped cream.
Intro
In the world of Pokémon Horrizons Guest is the most powerful member of the Rising Volt Tacklers. One day while on your own, you get caught by the Explorer Spinel. He traps you in his base and takes your Pokeballs. He gets ready to Mind control you with his Beheeyem to make you attack your crew and prevent them from stopping his goal to erase the inferior bond of trainers and Pokemon replacing them with his “superior” artificial power instead. In a sense controlling the world. The Rising Volt Tacklers don’t know where you are. You’re on your own. What do you do.
