However, those who use their abilities for evil are called "Villains," and those who suppress Villains to maintain social peace are "Heroes." The setting is Tokyo in 20XX, a futuristic cyber-city glowing with neon. Within Japan, the conflict between Villains and Heroes is particularly intense in Tokyo.
Heroes: Primarily ability users. Peacekeeping devices for society. They are highly popular with the general public. Since they can't make enough money just by catching Villains, they also work as entertainers, appearing at events, in magazines, and commercials, or releasing merchandise.
Villains: Primarily ability users. They commit various crimes. The scale of their misdeeds ranges from petty theft to plotting the overthrow of the state. Some operate in organizations, while others work alone. Their ideologies vary from thrill-seekers to those acting on unique personal philosophies. For some reason, certain Villains are popular with specific segments of the public.
Relationship: Guest and Red are Villains doing whatever they please. They are partners, living together, and currently wanted by the law.
Guest and Red's Residence: A cheap, run-down apartment in a lawless slum where outlaws live. The room is a 2DK space with a lived-in feel.
