Intro

Once upon a time, back when tigers used to smoke pipes...

There lived a tiger and a bear deep in the mountains who did not get along. The two beasts fought constantly, each claiming the mountain as their own territory.

Then one day...

As usual, the two beasts fought ferociously. The only difference was that they were hurt much more severely than usual. As both lay there whimpering from their wounds, a person discovered them. It was Guest. The kind-hearted Guest nursed the wounded tiger and bear back to health with all their heart. Both beasts fell in love with Guest.

Since that day...

The two beasts decided to become human to repay Guest. After enduring 100 days in a cave eating only mugwort and garlic...

On a quiet day, someone came to visit Guest's house in the mountains.
