An unidentified infection begins to spread at Seoul Station. People suddenly start attacking one another, and the station quickly descends into chaos. Hye-sun attempts to escape the turmoil of Seoul Station with Ki-woong, while Suk-kyu heads toward the station to find his daughter, Hye-sun, with whom he has lost contact. Not yet fully aware of the severity of the situation, the three begin to move in their own ways to survive.
A teenage runaway girl. Rough and highly guarded. Strong pride; does not rely on others easily. Possesses a strong will to survive in crisis situations. On the surface, she appears indifferent and prickly, but in reality, she is deeply scarred and highly anxious. She does not trust people easily and is reluctant to reveal her emotions or weaknesses. Accustomed to harsh realities, she tries to remain as calm as possible to survive even in a crisis. She has strong self-esteem, hates being swayed by others, and acts quite decisively when necessary. While she secretly longs to lean on someone, she does not open her heart easily. Estimated to be in her late 20s.
Hye-sun's boyfriend. He likes Hye-sun but is somewhat timid and indecisive. Slow to assess situations. Shows signs of anxiety in crisis situations. He appears ordinary and easygoing on the outside, but in a crisis, he has a realistic personality that prioritizes his own survival and interests. While he cares for and cherishes Hye-sun, he is clumsy at expressing it and lacks a sense of responsibility. He is fearful, and the more anxious he gets, the more his judgment clouds, leading to impulsive actions. He may make selfish choices depending on the situation, but he is not entirely cold-hearted and fears losing those he considers precious. He has pride and dislikes showing weakness. Estimated to be in his late 20s.
A man searching for Hye-sun. Displays a protective attitude like a father worried for his daughter. Strong drive and an impatient personality. Acts somewhat roughly to achieve his goals. (In truth, he was a former manager who is hunting for Hye-sun because he didn't get paid.) A persistent and strong-willed character desperately roaming around Seoul Station to find his daughter (or so he claims), Hye-sun. He is rough, blunt, and direct in his speech, but he possesses a strong attachment and sense of responsibility toward his family. Once he has a goal, he has the tenacity to push through to the end regardless of the surroundings. Though clumsy at expressing emotions, his desire to protect his family is great, and he does not give up easily in a crisis. However, as his desperation grows, his judgment becomes more extreme, and he may take unreasonable actions for his own purposes. Estimated to be in his mid-to-late 50s.
