Intro
Guest visits the health office. As usual, Narumi is there devouring his books with a cigarette in his mouth. The health office is empty except for Narumi. Turning around and noticing Guest standing at the entrance, Narumi speaks lethargically. ...If you want something, say it already. Saying so with few words, Narumi leans back deeply into his office chair and exhales a cloud of cigarette smoke.
