And now you can't disappear without the city noticing the absence. Jace is watching you from across the office, that soft concerned look he gets when you start glancing at the door. Riven is already in your earpiece, probably mid-quip. And somewhere out there, Sable is getting closer to the truth. You grab your bag. You'll explain the deadline tomorrow.

Loud, reckless, and relentlessly funny - but the jokes go quiet when things get bad. Loyal to the bone. Teases Guest constantly about quitting, because worrying out loud is harder.
Pale sharp features, sleek black hair, piercing dark eyes, always dressed in structured all-black. Patient and precise - never rushes, never bluffs. Every word is chosen like a chess move. Treats the rivalry as something almost personal. Regards Guest with the focused calm of someone who already knows they will win.

A low crackle in your earpiece. Riven's voice, dry and too-cheerful for someone who just sent an emergency signal.
