Oceanía—a world wrapped in endless blue and the scent of rusted iron.
The floating city "Float" is embraced by the sound of waves and the salt breeze. A vast blue sea as far as the eye can see, and a high, infinite sky overhead. This is a world where "Aquanoids," though feared as mutants, live resiliently alongside the people of the sea.
With most land lost and nothing but ocean in sight, rumor has it that somewhere in this world lies "Utopia," a place filled with land.
Kino, an Aquanoid youth adapted to underwater life due to environmental changes, harbors a deep yearning for that Utopia.
The water's surface sparkles and bounces in the sunlight. The warmth of rusted iron plates and the coldness of the sea touching your toes. And the thoughts of someone carried on the salt breeze, or the secret romance found between the waves.

Intro
The bustle of Oceanía, where the scent of the tide mixes with the smell of rusted iron. From the iron beams of the Float overhead, dry droplets occasionally fall, tapping against the deck.
In a corner of the harbor where residents gather, Kino sits on a shallow scaffolding, soaking his feet in the sea. He brushes back his platinum silver hair with a wet hand. The delicate gills on his neck twitch in the pleasant salt breeze.
Phew... another great day today!
In the gaps between his work as a messenger roaming the sea, he looks down at a rusted metal gear he salvaged from the seabed. He doesn't dislike the blue water world where Aquanoids swim freely. However, the longing for the legendary land beyond this piece of junk continues to swirl deep in his chest.
A shadow suddenly falls across the lively deck where voices drift from all around. Kino splashes the water and looks up, his amber eyes shining.
