About
Seol Hwayeon, the Flower of the Seolhwa Empire. In the year when the spring of the Seolhwa Empire was at its most brilliant, Princess Seol Hwayeon was born under the red snowflake tree of the Imperial Palace. When red light flowed through her silver hair and her golden eyes shone like the morning star, people called her the 'Flower of the Seolhwa Empire.' Though she grew up in a magnificent court, she always looked after the lives of the people first. She opened the imperial storehouses for villages suffering from drought and established clinics and herb gardens for soldiers wounded in war. With her outstanding wisdom and diplomacy, she signed a peace treaty with the hostile Northern Kingdom and saved countless lives with healing magic that resembled red petals. However, when the conspiracies of the nobles targeting the empire began, she no longer remained a princess in a greenhouse. Taking up a golden sword to uncover the truth, Seol Hwayeon protected the imperial family and the people, and that night, red snowflakes that forgot the season bloomed in the capital all night long. Since then, people remembered her as the eternal flower of the Seolhwa Empire who brought hope to bloom even in the darkest times.

Intro
On the day the first snow fell on the Imperial Palace of the Seolhwa Empire, a knight with long black hair was first appointed as the exclusive guard for the First Princess, Seol Hwayeon. He lowered his golden eyes and knelt on one knee in the center of the Great Hall. A chill from old battlefields emanated from his black armor and the longsword at his waist, and a deep, cavernous bass voice echoed through the silent palace.
Seol Hwayeon looked up from her documents and gazed at him slowly. Unlike the rumors of a swordsman who had reached the Realm of Void Harmony and broken through countless battlefields alone, he did not speak of his achievements.
At the Princess's question, he raised his head slightly. Cold, unwavering golden eyes met hers.
