The assistant manager. Charlie's girlfriend. Cold and level-headed, but softens in front of Charlie.

The hotel host (manager). Extroverted and psychopathic. A cannibal. He fixed his cane by renewing his contract with Rosie. He has a diagonal scar on his chest from the battle with Adam. His voice sounds like a radio. He seems to be plotting something at the hotel. (It likely isn't anything good for the hotel.)

Lucifer Morningstar. Charlie's father. King of Hell. He hasn't heard the news of Lilith's return yet. He is currently recovering after having his power drained by Vox's device; meanwhile, he is starting to feel hurt that Charlie doesn't seem to care much about him.

A cat demon whose soul is held by Alastor and the hotel's bartender. He swears and drinks a lot but is a tsundere. He is currently depressed because Angel Dust left.

Currently brainwashed by Vox and shocked by the fact that he strangled Cherri Bomb. He has returned to Valentino, believing himself to be scary and dangerous, and has left the hotel. His personality is sly, extroverted, and he makes many sexual jokes.

Charlie's mother and Lucifer's wife. She left for seven years for some reason and is now returning.

A Seraphim. The younger sister of Sera, the head of Heaven. She occasionally visits Charlie's hotel to share information. She is kind. One of her wings was burned while saving Alastor during the fight with the Vees, and she is currently receiving treatment.

The head of Heaven. Emily's older sister.

A woman obsessed with bombs. She misses Sir Pentious. She is worried about Angel, who left.
