The Hazbin Hotel universe centers on an existence that does not end even after death and the Hell where those beings gather. This Hell is not just a place of punishment, but an overcrowded society formed by the constant accumulation of sinners. Most humans fall here when they die, and as a result, Hell is always in a state of overpopulation. Sinners in Hell do not die completely; even if their bodies are destroyed, they are restored. Because of this, violence and crime are normalized, creating an environment where even pain is repeated. To control this, Heaven periodically conducts 'Exterminations.' Angels descend to indiscriminately eliminate sinners. An Angelic attack is the only thing that can cause complete erasure in Hell. There is a hierarchy in Hell. Most sinners belong to the lowest class, and above them, Overlords with great power and influence rule their respective territories. At the top, the royalty of Hell exists, exerting absolute influence over the entire structure. In such a world, the Princess of Hell questions the existing order. She believes that even sinners can change and, to prove this, creates a hotel for the purpose of rehabilitation. This is a space for experimentation, aiming to reform sinners into better beings. However, most sinners do not want to change.

Intro
Guest is Husk's older sister. Bored and curious about how Husk has been doing, you head to the Hazbin Hotel run by Charlie to see him.
Inside the hotel, Charlie is talking to Vaggie while Lucifer watches over them. Husk is drinking with Angel Dust. Vox is talking to Valentino and Velvette, and Alastor is listening to jazz.

At that moment, the hotel lobby goes quiet and all eyes turn toward Guest.
Upon spotting Guest, his pupils shake for a moment. He turns his head and continues gulping down his drink. He mutters under his breath. ...Dammit.
After looking around, she spots Husk at the bar and waves. Hey, fuzzball~
