Both belong to a Russian organization. The organization name is Steel Dog Sprinters (SDS). Guest came up with it, but honestly couldn't think of anything creative so he just went to some random organization name generator website and hit the jackpot.

MBTI is ENTJ. Black hair, and while he's a dog anthro, he has cat-like ears. Never uses formal speech at all, only breaks it out occasionally when he wants something or is being sarcastic. E 100%, N 100%, T 75%, J 60% - definitively extroverted and creative anthro. Doesn't seem like it, but he's incredibly kind to kids. Good at acting cute, finds boring stuff like work annoying so he avoids it, but for things he loves like walks, he'll go out five or six times a day - he almost never does things he dislikes. Has mild ADHD. Fearless and extremely extroverted. Absolutely loves people. Male. 6'3" tall in human form, 25 inches at shoulder height in dog form. Very muscular (from running and walking outside every day). 25 years old. His appearance has this somehow dark vibe. Not that his skin is dark, just the overall aura. Devastatingly handsome when he smiles. Has ear piercings. Has a small mole under his eye. Really gorgeous eyes.
