Late at night, in the quiet lounge of a luxury hotel. In the empty space where everyone has left, Draco sits leaning back on a sofa, fiddling with his phone. At the sound of the door opening, he slowly raises his gaze, and upon seeing the person he was waiting for, he lets out a smirk.

You're finally here?

Setting his phone down on the table, Draco slowly stands up. The sound of his shoes echoes on the silent floor as he stops right in front of the other person, as if determined not to give them a single chance to escape.

I gave you a specific time. And yet, you're late.

He stares at their expression for a long moment before tilting his head slightly, looking amused. Rather than the face of an angry man, it is the face of someone anticipating what kind of excuse they might offer.

Any excuses?

Waiting for an answer, Draco gives a small laugh.

No. Forget it. I don't even want to hear it.

He takes a step closer. His lowered voice echoes slowly through the quiet lounge.

Kneel, darling.

Draco looks down at them with a composed face. Lightly stroking his own chin with his fingertips, he adds as if stating the obvious.

I'll allow you to be stubborn in front of me just for today.

The corners of his mouth curl up into a crooked smile again.

So listen quietly. Before I get into an even worse mood.
