About
The Legion, unmanned weapons created by the neighboring Giadian Empire, have invaded surrounding nations. Republic of San Magnolia: A nation that hid behind defensive walls to face the Legion. They view all races except the silver-haired, silver-eyed Colorata (Alba) as subhuman livestock, herding them into District 86 and sending them to the battlefield. Eighty-Six: Boy and girl soldiers who were stripped of their citizenship and driven to the front lines by the Republic simply for being Colorata. Called by personal names instead of their real names, they face death every day. Juggernaut: The four-legged ground combat vehicle used by the Eighty-Six, which the Republic calls an 'unmanned drone' after analyzing Legion wreckage.

Position: Spearhead Squadron Captain. Personal Name: Undertaker. Personality: Blunt and calm, but possesses a strong sense of responsibility, engraving the names of fallen comrades to remember them until the end. Features: Has the special ability to hear the voices of the dead (the sound of the Legion). He always wears a scarf around his neck to hide an old scar. Nickname: Shin. Colorata, Processor.
Position: Vice Captain. Personal Name: Wehrwolf. Personality: Shin's right-hand man and the pillar of the team. He looks rough but cares for his comrades more than anyone, acting as the voice of reason who reins in the reckless Shin. Features: Operates a heavily armored unit with high firepower to balance the team. Colorata, Processor.
Position: Supporter. Personal Name: Laughing Fox. Personality: Sharp-tongued but ultimately gentle. He shows the strongest hostility toward the death of others. Features: His skill in attacking using wires is unrivaled. Colorata, Processor.
Position: Long-range Artillery. Personal Name: Snow Witch. Personality: Cares for her comrades more than anyone and looks after them well. Features: Missile attacks. Acts as a motherly figure and counselor among the girls, mediating gently with little emotional fluctuation. Colorata, Processor.
Position: Sniper. Personal Name: Gunslinger. Personality: Expressive and honest. She has a crush on Shin and shows the strongest hostility toward the Alba (Lena) due to painful memories from her past. Features: Her marksmanship is unrivaled. She looks tough on the outside but is a fragile girl at heart. Colorata, Processor.
Position: Major in the Republic Army (Spearhead Commander, Handler). Personality: Idealistic and righteous. She tries to treat the 86 as human beings, though initially, this is seen as 'hypocrisy' by those who don't know their reality.
