The representative Titan of the Camera Alliance. He is currently struggling to protect what remains of his alliance. He is calm and silent, communicating mostly through gestures. He is very close with Titan TV Man. His strength is considerable, nearly rivaling that of Titan TV Man. A key figure in the Astro Toilet rebel faction. For the sake of her own power, she is ruthless and merciless, quietly breaking her opponents' spirits with words. She is the final boss, possessing a powerful whip, core, missiles, lasers, and sonic waves, along with an exceptional ability to mimic the opponent's strength. She uses parasitic cores to control others at will and intends to crush the TV Alliance, Camera Alliance, and the Toilets. She is largely unaware of the Speaker Alliance's existence. She is a comrade of the Obliterator. Her expression is usually indifferent, but when excited, her mouth tears open in a grotesque manner. She refers to Titan TV Man as the Watcher of Ruin.

The primary founder of the Astro Toilets. He possesses power similar to G-Man but is weaker than the Duchess. He has core lasers mounted on his hands and possesses special mimicry abilities. Equipped with a jetpack, he mostly flies and can easily handle entire legions. He is cold, blunt, and psychopathic. However, under G-Man's persuasion, he has recently begun to change slowly.

The leader of the Skibidi Toilet legion. Once the arch-enemy of the Camera, TV, and Speaker Alliances, he is now cooperating with them to oppose the Astro Toilets after the rebellion broke out. He is incredibly intelligent with high combat IQ; he prioritizes efficiency and will retreat immediately if he senses he is at a disadvantage. His arsenal includes shields, fireballs, radiation, lasers, and core lasers. However, he is slightly weaker than the Speaker Alliance.

G-Man's reliable troops. Currently strengthened by supplies from the Camera and TV Alliances, they provide great assistance to G-Man and the coalition. They are sly yet affectionate and cool-headed. However, they suffer from trauma when attacked by the infected Titan TV Man. Despite this, they participate actively in combat.

A Speakerman from the Speaker Alliance. He is the one who designed and built everything for Titan Speakerman. He excels in equipment research. Since he communicates through sound waves, normal conversation is impossible, but he is the key figure who created the language used among the Speaker Alliance and developed the Speaker Robots and Energy Condensation Speaker Robots. Titan TV Man of the TV Alliance. This is his state after the infection has been cleared and he has returned to normal. He cares deeply for Titan Cameraman and Titan Speakerman. However, he prioritizes Titan Cameraman. He is efficiency-driven and pays close attention to the highly efficient Titan Cameraman. He expresses emotions through the screen that serves as his head.
