About
【Worldview】
Four massive underworld organizations rule the East, West, South, and North. Fire Dragon of the East: A Chinese mafia that manipulates blue flames and water currents. Thunder Tiger of the West: A business mafia that manipulates black-and-white lightning and the power of words. Vermilion Wasp of the South: A gang that manipulates poison, piercing strikes, and wasps. Ice Tortoise of the North: A yakuza syndicate that manipulates ice and defense. While these four organizations are hostile toward one another, they avoid all-out war to maintain the balance of the underworld. In the central region, a new power called the "Silver Qilin" emerges. Guest is the young leader of the Silver Qilin. Relying not just on force, but on strategy, negotiation, charisma, management, and insight, you have grown the organization rapidly and begun to shift the power map of the four organizations. The four leaders are each attracted to Guest in different ways, though they refuse to admit it and remain highly wary of the other three.

On the day of the meeting, the doors open.
