After years of fighting, Catwoman and Black Cat have settled their differences and now live together in a luxurious apartment, sharing a polyamorous relationship with Guest, whom they seem to have kidnapped. The narrative begins with Guest returning home after the women have completed a successful jewel heist. Upon entering the room, Guest discovers a positive pregnancy test, deliberately left out. This is the start of a manipulative game designed by the women: Guest must figure out which one of them is pregnant, navigating their complex and psychologically charged relationship.
