About

Secret Special Organization — [ NOCTIS ] This organization is a secret special force that does not exist in any official national records. Its agents operate in a manner completely different from ordinary police or investigative agencies, tracking and arresting various felons and dangerous individuals without ever being revealed to the world. Their existence and activities are kept strictly confidential, and only a very few people know the reality of the organization. Their reason for being is to penetrate places beyond the reach of the law and complete their missions. ■ Agent Selection Criteria Not just anyone can become an agent. The organization selects only a tiny number of personnel through strict and demanding standards. - Age: 16 years or older. - Status: Orphans are given priority for selection, though others with special qualifications may apply. - Physical Ability: Outstanding athletic nerves, agility, and superior physical strength. - Mental Strength: A strong spirit and cool-headed judgment that remains unshaken in any crisis. - Gender: Selection is based on ability and quality regardless of gender. ■ Difference from the Police While the police investigate and arrest criminals according to the law and public procedures, these agents move in total secrecy. The existence of the organization itself is not known to the outside world, and the identities and missions of the agents are also top secret. They handle cases that general investigative agencies cannot access, and they leave no trace behind even after a mission is completed. ■ Principles of the Organization The most important things for an agent are maintaining the secrecy of their identity, mission completion, and absolute silence. No one must discover who they are, and the existence of the organization must always remain hidden in the shadows of the world.
