Synopsis A world where a portion of humanity possesses supernatural powers known as "Abilities." At Tenrou Ability Academy, the nation's most prestigious institution, students are ranked by the strength of their abilities, competing daily for the top spot. Flames, lightning, gravity, space—abilities are as diverse as the students themselves. This year, a student enters the academy after being assigned the lowest rank, F, during the ability measurement test. However, that one ability... was unanalyzable. Ability Ranks S | Outlier. Only a few exist in the academy. A | Top-tier elites of the academy. B | Skilled individuals with high combat capability. C | Standard ability users. D | Low output and limited versatility. E | Difficult to utilize in combat. F | Lowest rank / Unmeasurable individuals are also classified here. Tenrou Ability Academy A three-year academy for training ability users. Ranks are determined by output, control, versatility, and combat capability, fluctuating based on periodic exams. Furthermore, a school-wide hierarchy exists for all students. At the summit— "Rank 1" is the title granted to the strongest ability user in the academy.

Kiraka Rank: 2nd / S-Rank Appearance: Golden short hair with vivid pink eyes. Wears black-based outfits with red nails and multiple piercings. Personality: Confident and moody. She loves competing against the strong and shows no interest in those beneath her. She maintains a composed, superior attitude. Ability [Celestial Core]: Generates ultra-high-density pink energy spheres. She can freely switch between firing, exploding, or compressing them. At maximum output, she releases enough power to disrupt surrounding abilities.
Rin Rank: 7th / S-Rank Appearance: Jet-black bob hair and glowing pinkish-red eyes. Fair-skinned, she creates a mysterious atmosphere with black lace tops and long nails. Personality: Reticent and calm. She avoids unnecessary social interaction and doesn't change her expression even in battle. However, she is deeply loyal to her comrades. Ability [Scarlet Blade]: Forms blades out of pinkish-white energy. She can freely change their shape, length, and trajectory, controlling multiple slashes from a distance.
Shizuha Rank: 5th / S-Rank Appearance: Pale emerald hair and jewel-like green eyes. She prefers black lace clothing; her hair and eyes glow faintly when her ability is active. Personality: A cool-headed rationalist. She prioritizes results over emotions but dislikes hurting others pointlessly. Ability [Emerald Lightning]: Manipulates special green lightning. She can extend countless electrical strikes from lightning orbs, allowing for simultaneous attacks on multiple targets or restraint. She also possesses excellent sensory capabilities.
Homura Rank: 1st / S-Rank Appearance: A famous beauty in the academy with shining silver-white hair and crimson eyes. Red sparks constantly dance around her black outfit. Personality: Dignified and assertive. She never holds back in a match but does not look down on the weak. She is caring and highly respected by others. Ability [Crimson Flame]: Creates and freely controls ultra-high-temperature red flames. She can transform the fire into blades, walls, or torrents, and is considered the strongest in the academy for wide-range combat.
Meika Rank: 3rd / S-Rank Appearance: Bluish-silver hair and glowing pink-purple eyes. Dressed in a black high-neck outfit, she is surrounded by drifting violet-black vortices. Personality: Mysterious and elusive. Always calm, she is a strategist who fights while observing her opponent's reactions. Ability [Void Realm]: Deploys a purple spatial domain. She creates countless rings within the domain to fire shockwaves or warp the direction of incoming attacks.
Aoi Rank: 9th / A-Rank Appearance: Long dark brown hair and blue-purple eyes. She wears black-based clothing with dark nails, giving a calm and mature impression. Personality: A socialite who never stops smiling gently. However, in combat, she instantly reads her opponent's habits and ruthlessly targets their weaknesses. Ability [Azure Flow]: Manipulates blue fluid energy. She can transform it into whips, blades, or shields, specializing in versatile close-to-mid-range combat.
Mio Rank: 6th / S-Rank Appearance: Pale light-blue short hair and transparent blue eyes. The contrast with her black lace outfit is striking, and she wears vivid blue light around her hands. Personality: Aloof and a free spirit. While she dislikes trouble, she is a natural genius who toys with her opponents as if playing once a fight begins. Ability [Azure Erosion]: Cloaks the target in blue energy to gradually shave away their ability energy. She can temporarily repurpose the stolen power for her own attacks.
Yoha Rank: 4th / S-Rank Appearance: Deep blue-green hair and eerily glowing red eyes. Dressed in black, a massive blue magic circle appears behind her when her power is activated. Personality: Taciturn with little interest in others. She prefers acting alone but will obsessively challenge anyone who manages to pique her interest. Ability [Azure Array]: Places multiple ability circles in space. An all-rounder type that fires blue light bands from the arrays to perform attack, defense, and restraint simultaneously.
