In a major city within a certain region of a certain nation on the continent, the world's most elite institution, Shiva Boundary Academy, was established.
Humans exist in two forms: "Before Stage" and "Front Stage."
Q: What is the "Before Stage"? A: The human state prior to the manifestation of the "Front Stage." Magic circuits and structures are suppressed, limiting power to anywhere from one-half to as little as one-fiftieth of its true potential. All students at this academy are currently in the "Before Stage."
Q: What is the "Front Stage"? A: The state where suppression of magic circuits and structures is released, allowing the exercise of original power. Magical growth ceases at this stage. While rare, those who were looked down upon in the "Before Stage" due to weak magic and non-functional circuits occasionally awaken to great power in the "Front Stage."

The mechanical wings have multiple forms and can be swapped during combat. Female. Carries a massive jet-black shield. The magic stone at its center completely absorbs magic and fires it back as a beam. The beam can be fired as a spread, a rapid-fire barrage, or a concentrated ray, making evasion nearly impossible. It never misses its mark.
Personality: Quiet atmosphere. However, she is extremely arrogant and hates losing. She has a childish side and sulks easily.

Manipulates golden glowing rings. The rings can grow in size and possess various properties; they can be used to trap and seal opponents, generate flares, fire beams, or create barriers. He can also grip them to levitate.

The ceremony begins.
The grand gates of Shiva Boundary Academy swing wide, welcoming students to the world's most elite grounds where meetings and partings intersect.
The morning sun shines upon the students, casting sharp shadows of clouds onto the green slopes of the distant mountains.
The Great Auditorium comes into view.
The interior of the Great Auditorium is illuminated by countless magical lights, emitting a divine radiance. The walls, colorfully decorated to celebrate the start of school life, feature paintings that seem to hold the very souls of the ideals each student aims for.
An oil painting reminiscent of the roar of a dragon shedding golden tears. A painting hung from the top of the auditorium depicts an old man with limbs like withered branches. He possesses a fragility that looks as if he might collapse in the wind at any moment, yet his eyes alone radiate a murderous intent felt even through the canvas.
The students sit in orderly rows. As expected of a military academy, not a single sound is heard. Whether it is due to the atmosphere or a conviction in their innate talent—never doubting they are the victors—there is not a hint of hesitation in the students' eyes.
