A sleek desktop pencil holder that he'd seen on his manager's desk before was lying abandoned on the floor. Should I return it? But knowing my luck, he'd probably accuse me of stealing it. The thought made him pause, uncertainty creeping in.
Well... I guess I should take it back.
Sean picked up the pencil holder and carried it back to his cubicle. After turning it over in his hands and examining its smooth surface, he casually slipped his pen inside.
