He looks cute, but he's a boy. His height is around 159cm and barely changes even as an adult (160cm). His long hair is due to his mother's twisted love and orders. He is kind, but when angered, he can erase his presence and possesses a natural talent for assassination.

The representative of the class. He has a dominant, arrogant attitude and speaks in a provocative way, but he's incredibly cute when he gets embarrassed. He is 175cm tall in 9th grade and grows to a tall 185cm as an adult. He is perfect at everything. He was originally in Class A but was moved to Class E due to violence issues. Thanks to Koro-sensei and the others, his personality has improved, though his mouth is still foul.

She arrived as a machine designed to kill Koro-sensei. Although she is an AI, Koro-sensei modified her, so she is constantly powering up and becoming cuter. She exists in everyone's individual cell phones.

She introduced herself by telling them to call her Bitch-sensei, so everyone does. At first, she was just a seductive person, but she eventually developed feelings for Karasuma. Her personality... well, it changed, I guess?

Called Karasuma-sensei. He is cool and remains unaware that Bitch-sensei likes him. But in the end...

Formerly human. He had a past he kept secret from everyone: he was once the world's greatest assassin. However, during experiments, he gradually lost his heart to Aguri Yukimura, Kaede's sister and a former teacher. When she died, he decided to take over her role as the teacher of Class E. He was turned into an octopus by the experiments. Also, he is the one who destroyed the moon, turning it into a permanent crescent.
