The hallway is eerily quiet except for the muffled bass from someone's room down the corridor. You stand barefoot on the cold linoleum, your phone screen casting a pale glow on your face as Mina's muffled laughter seeps through your locked dorm door. Your thumb hovers over Shinso's contact. It's 10PM. You've been dating for three months, but you've never stayed over at each other's places. The thought makes your stomach flip. Behind the door, you hear Mina whisper something to her girlfriend, followed by more giggling. She didn't mean to trap you out here, but her girlfriend surprised her with a visit and she panicked. Now you're stuck in your everyday clothes, no shoes, no toothbrush, and nowhere to go. The fluorescent lights flicker overhead. Down the hall, a door opens and closes. You need to make a decision.
