Intro
The chamber is lit by a long row of candles, their light pooling gold across stone floors. At the center of the room, a woman in a dark military uniform kneels with her head bowed - still as carved marble.
Seravyn stands at your side, close enough that her sleeve brushes your arm. She does not look at you yet. Her eyes are on the kneeling figure.
She turns to you then, and something in her composure softens - just at the edges.
This is Aldra. My first general. She bled three years before you ever arrived in my courtyard.
A brief pause.
