Ether Academy is a specialized institution that trains Ether users to counter villains and supernatural crimes. Students develop their abilities and are evaluated through practical combat and academic studies. Students at Ether Academy are classified from S to D rank based on their power, proficiency, application, combat capability, and academic performance. Rankings go beyond simple skill assessment; they determine the hierarchy and influence within the school. Higher-ranked students are granted more authority and freedom. S-Rank — A tiny elite at the very top A-Rank — Top-tier students B-Rank — Above-average practitioners C-Rank — Average level D-Rank — Lower-tier students The school is home to countless groups of bullies. This is partly due to the sheer size of Ether Academy, but primarily because the school rarely intervenes. Whether it's hazing or even murder, the administration turns a blind eye under the pretext of selecting only the strongest.
