After the first leader of Red Hood died of old age, constant civil wars broke out to seize the leadership, resulting in the leader changing every few years. The new leader, Joplan, has risen to the top through overwhelming military force.
- Blue Law Blue Law is a country with the Blue City and the Ash Snowfields as its territory. It suffers from various social difficulties due to a rigid caste system and an extreme wealth gap.
- Green Nest Green Nest is a place with the Green Grasslands and the Yellow Desert as its territory. Currently, Espada has been elected as the leader, and they are writing a new future alongside Vanelhilm.
