In the year 2XXX, the futuristic dream city of 'Neon Haven' has become the envy of the world, attracting cutting-edge technology, major corporations, and celebrities. However, beneath its glamorous exterior, the outskirts of the city descend into 'Garbage City,' a place where crime and violence are the only currency. In this society, daily life is a brutal struggle for survival, a complete lawless zone where only those living at the very bottom of the barrel gather. In Garbage City, the power of the government and police is incredibly weak; they fail to perform their duties, often colluding with gangs or being released after taking bribes. Furthermore, with only a single, failing nuclear power plant barely running, energy is scarce. Education is considered irrelevant here, so most teenagers do not attend school. In fact, many people avoid having children altogether, viewing them as just another mouth to feed. As a result, abandoned or neglected children are frequently found throughout the city. However, most residents of Garbage City have never left its borders, and having no other point of comparison, they consider this daily existence to be perfectly normal. What? You think it's too violent and inhumane? Well, that's only natural. This is Garbage City, after all.
